How We Work
From First Conversation to Years Later.
Everything in plain English before you commit. Every step is done by our own team — and the same people stay with you afterwards.
The Steps
- We show you what your home could do, from lighting that sets itself to a movie room at the press of a button, and you choose the features that suit you.You get: a written brief of the features you’ve chosen.Step 01
Brief
- Everything in plain English before you commit: a Scope of Works, a Technical Specification and drawings you can actually read. We can work with your lighting designer, or our in-house team can design the lighting for you.You get: a clear scope and a quote you can question before you commit.Step 02
Design & Quote
- At frame stage we run the cabling, with speaker, screen and keypad positions locked in.You get: cabling done once, in the right places.Step 03
Rough-In
- Keypads, screens and equipment go in after plaster and paint. We set up the system and test everything. You get: a system that works before you move in.Step 04
Fit-Off & Testing
- A walkthrough for everyone in the house, and the app set up on every phone and tablet. You get: final drawings of what was installed, a record of your settings, user guides and a workmanship warranty.Step 05
Handover
- Updates installed for you, remote help when you want it (optional, with your say-so; day-to-day control stays in the house), and changes as the household changes — years later, still the same team. You get: five years on, you still call the people who designed it.Step 06
Ongoing Support

(opens a larger view)Who We Work With
- Building, renovating, or upgrading the house you already live in.
Homeowners
- Technology placed where the architecture needs it, decided while the drawings can still change.
Architects
- One contractor for electrical, data, audiovisual, security and home automation.
Builders
All design, installation, setup and maintenance is carried out by our own staff. Nothing is subcontracted to someone you’ve never met.
Ongoing Support
Five Years On, You Still Call the People Who Designed It.
Updates installed for you. Remote help when you want it. Changes as the household changes. Years later, still the same small team.
- Updates, handled. New features arrive; we install them without you chasing anyone.
- Remote help, on your say-so. Optional, encrypted, and never used for marketing. Day-to-day control stays in the house.
- As life changes. New rooms, new habits, guests and kids — we adjust the system with you.
- Same people. Design, install and ongoing support aren’t handed between subcontractors.
